Finally, a little piece of the Internet for me to write on. Let me introduce myself (uhm, that profile thing on the right is something I’ll work on when I feel like it): hi, the name’s Leon Seva. I’m a quiet and weird dude

who won’t bother to speak unless I really want to say something or I have to i.e. recitation for class. I’m quite reflective and lonely, wandering around alone aimlessly in the SDA campus of the College of St. Benilde. I love waltzing with my electric keyboard and my violin, hearing them melodies vibrate around the room. My genres are classic, a little rock, and remixes. Graphic arts is something I definitely like and experimenting with different media is just freakin’ cool, man. Pastel is just so cloudy and hard to control, mm hmm, just the way I like it! And then there’s also writing. Poetry and stories are what I do a lot. I warn you they’re kind of melancholic and symbolic but don’t mistake me for emo. Damn it, I hate that…

So right then…I won’t be talking of any stories for now ‘coz I think it’s better if I first talk on this whole blog thing…honestly, I really didn’t want to make one. Not that I loathe this or anything but I just didn’t want it right now and all. I mean I’m a lazy ass! Plus, I don’t always have Internet. Only on Thursdays do I go and scour the net. And for simple reasons: I don’t really like some people to check on my thoughts. Hello, introvert here. I mean I could just get misunderstood. And, maaan, do I hate that…

But apparently, my PhiliEn (Philippine Literature in English) teacher ordered that we all make blogs (is it a bit weird? Welcome to Benilde.) Well at least I now have a reason for me to write a lot…Inspiration has recently left me. So I can’t write some emotional poetry nowadays. And stories? Don’t ask; my energy is always out when it comes to that. I have to weave words and choose the right stuff…sigh, naku…

Mas magaling ako kapag nagsusulat ako tungkol sa mga nangyayari sa buhay ko. Di masyadong mahirap dahil isusulat ko lang ang mga naganap sa araw na yun. We all know writing requires a lot of concentration and time but sometimes, following this will just lose the spontaneity of the work. Right? So I can just whatever stuff comes to my head without dwelling on the fancy words. Too bad I can’t get paid for this, tsk…
